Binding Effect

You must comply with applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) policies and regulations in your marketing efforts. If you are invited to promote Ensign Agency, you must disclose any affiliate relationship and refrain from using misleading claims or high-pressure sales tactics.
Availability
You agree not to use false scarcity tactics. Pricing information must be accurate and presented transparently.
Marketing
You must be transparent about the work required to achieve success with any internet business. Where applicable, refer leads to an income disclaimer that describes typical earnings for the relevant company.
Copyright Infringement
If you believe in good faith that Ensign Agency has violated your copyrights and want the Company to delete, edit, or disable the material in question, you must provide the exact URL where the alleged infringement occurred, a clear description of the violation, and your contact name and telephone number.
Warranties
The Company does not issue warranties or offer refunds except where expressly stated or required by applicable law.
Limited Liability
